The Parmigiano Reggiano cannot be produced anywhere else. Only here, only made from the milk of native breed cows raised in these territories and fed naturally with the forages that grow in these areas.

Since 1968, Caseificio Bazzanese has been producing classic Parmigiano Reggiano PDO. Our cheese is produced exclusively from the milk of our Italian Frisona breed cows, raised and fed in full respect of the Parmigiano Reggiano Production Regulation.

The cows, complying with the Consorzio's regulations, are fed naturally with hay grown in the area without the use of silage and fermented feeds.

Our farm-to-table supply chain preserves animal welfare, protects the ecosystem, and allows us to create a unique cheese.
