Since 1968, Caseificio Bazzanese has been producing classic Parmigiano Reggiano PDO. Our cheese is produced exclusively from the milk of our Italian Frisona breed cows, raised in full respect of animal welfare and fed naturally with local forage.

Every day the milk from our cows is milked and arrives at the dairy to be transformed into cheese. Here, the cheese maker puts all his passion and experience into the art of artisanal production: from cheese making, to seasoning and packaging, each stage of processing takes place today as thousand years ago, in full compliance with the Parmigiano Reggiano Production Regulation. We only produce 22 wheels a day, because Parmigiano Reggiano takes time and dedication to make. Our farm-to-table supply chain is constantly monitored by the Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
