The Parmigiano Reggiano is unique. An extraordinary dairy product made today as thousand years ago, according to the traditional artisanal method.
Since 1968, Caseificio Bazzanese has been producing classic Parmigiano Reggiano PDO. Our cheese is produced exclusively from the milk of our Italian Frisona breed cows, raised in full respect of animal welfare and fed naturally with local forage.
In the area that includes the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and part of the provinces of Bologna and Mantua between the Reno river and the Po river, the territory has peculiar characteristics and grows unique fodder which are the secret of the production of the Parmigiano Reggiano.
